Every day, businesses rely on documents that can be silently edited: PDFs, certificates, reports, insurance claims, contracts, warranties.Most organizations don’t realize how exposed they are - until a dispute, fraud, or legal challenge appears.And because no existing tool can tell whether a file has been changed, companies are forced to operate on blind trust.
ProofID was created to fix that.

Our mission is simple

Where this journey started

ProofID began with a simple question:

“How do we know a document hasn’t been changed?”.
After speaking with professionals in insurance, construction, legal, education, and government sectors, it became clear that document integrity is a global problem - one that affects every industry, yet has no simple solution.

So we built one!

A tool that gives every file a digital fingerprint and lets anyone verify authenticity instantly.
